Refund policy

All sales are final

Every item at Vintage Texas is a one-of-a-kind, pre-loved vintage piece. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit or size.

Bundles contain mixed sizes and colours, and product photos show representative pieces of the same style and grade. If you are unsure, please message us before ordering and we will share more details.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or is materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review it and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights
